Happy Landing Template - Commercial License Agreement

1. License Grant

This is a commercial license agreement between you (the "Licensee") and the author/owner of the Happy Landing Template (the "Licensor"). By purchasing this template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Happy Landing Template subject to the terms and conditions below.

2. Usage Rights

Upon purchase, the Licensee may:

Use the template to create one (1) end product for personal use or for a client
Modify the template to create derivative works for the allowed end product
Use the template in commercial projects and charge clients for services including the template

3. Restrictions

The Licensee may NOT:

Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the template to any third party
Use the template to create derivative templates or frameworks for distribution or resale
Include the template in open source projects
Bundle the template with other products for sale or distribution
Use the template in a way that enables others to extract or access it as a standalone file

4. Ownership

The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights to the template. The Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights to the template.

5. Liability

The template is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the template.

6. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the template and destroy all copies.
